1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 49jili ("49jili," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator accessible at 49jili.lat. 3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 49jili, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update any details that change after registration.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 49jili platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected — whether operated by the same individual or by individuals sharing a device, IP address, or payment method in a fraudulent manner — 49jili reserves the right to close all accounts involved, forfeit any bonuses claimed, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 49jili support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 49jili is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. 49jili may request additional documentation at any time where required for anti-money laundering compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the 49jili platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on 49jili use independently audited random number generators certified for fairness. • Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 49jili staff or other platform users.

8. Responsible Gaming

Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a method of generating income or resolving financial problems. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any ownership interest in, or license to, any intellectual property owned by 49jili or its affiliates beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for personal gaming purposes as described herein.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by 49jili in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 12. Amendments to These Terms
